Carmel joined Skills Training Centre in June 2019 in the position of Sales Executive before moving into the operations team as a Training Administrator in 2021.  She has lots of experience in sales, retention, customer service, up-selling and cross selling.  About her new role Carmel says she loves the team, her clients and the working environment!
