Claudine Fay

Claudine joined Skills Training Centre in April 2003 when we were still part of the London Borough of Barnet as a Training Co-ordinator and has a wealth of knowledge specific to STC that has been a valuable resource for managing the Operations Department and ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programmes.

Claudine has a keen interest in human behaviour and holds a diploma in Occupational Psychology and Human Resource Management. She has also dabbled in some online marketing training to understand how technology impacts with the way people and organisations interact with each other. Claudine says she enjoys the variety at STC. No two days are the same! She feels privileged to have held various positions within the organisation allowing her a well-rounded view of how STC functions. It is like a close-knit family – everyone knows each other pretty well – a family away from home. Outside of work Claudine is a Mummy and her world centres around her two girls. They have recently invested in bicycles to do their bit on reducing carbon emissions in London with the added bonus of exploring the City and spending time together. She is a yoga enthusiast and tries to fit this in as much as she possibly can.
