Who should attend?
For those staff engaged in the practical signing of roadworks.
Course aim
To refresh delegates on the use of portable traffic signals and update knowledge of the "Red Book".
To assess their abilities against the standards of City and Guilds 6167 (formerly 6157 & 6156) Unit 002.
Learning objectives
On completion of the course, delegates will have sufficient knowledge of the procedures to carry them out in accordance with the Safety at Road Works and Street Works Code of Practice under the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.

Each NRASW Unit is assessed using both practical observations and a 20 question multiple choice knowledge test, the pass mark for the test is 80% (16 out of 20)
