Meet Maggie Bottoms-Reddin, Director at Skills Training Centre Ltd
Maggie Bottoms-Reddin joined Skills Training Centre Ltd as a Director in 2021, bringing with her over three decades of leadership experience. In her role, Maggie oversees Personnel, Health and Safety, and Operations, while also contributing to Sales and Finance.
With a rich background in retail, Maggie spent 32 years as a Senior Regional Manager, including significant international experience. She has a strong foundation in personnel management and training, as well as a passion for coaching and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
Maggie is deeply committed to the development and well-being of our team, and she takes great pride in the dedication they bring to their work, supporting not only colleagues but also our valued clients. Her leadership style is centered on collaboration, growth, and empowering others.
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys travelling, particularly to warm destinations, as well as walking, reading, and dining out. She is married to Tim and is a proud stepmother to three children and grandmother to five.
