Experienced Forward Tipping Dumper operators

To enable delegates to demonstrate that they meet the requirements of the Forward Tipping Dumper Assessments.

• Interpret instructions - operations must be carried out in accordance with the job requirements
• Prepare the machine for job application
• Select correct controls for use of the machinery
• Operate plant without load - all operations and movements must be in accordance with manufacturers procedures
• Operate plant to receive loads - materials must be loaded to comply with safety standards for transportation
• Transport loads safely without spillage
• Deliver loads correctly according to site specifications
• Deliver loads into excavations - work methods and activities must satisfy current legislation
• Deliver loads following signals without error
• Shut down and secure machine, parking the machine safely and securely in accordance with company and legislative requirements
• Explain the loading, securing and unloading procedures on and off a transporter
