Our NRASWcourses areassessment based and intended for experiencedpersonnel. Refresher training inputs are given however delegates are expected to be familiar with cat & genny. Candidates need ideally to have reasonable reading and writing skills (spelling is not important) and to understand spoken English. Where this is not the case please contact the training centre in advance of booking to discuss your candidate's individual training needs. Any candidate for whom a language interpreter is required is not permitted - under City & Guilds scheme rules - to attend the programme. If you are unsure whether you/your staff has the required skills and/or experience please contact us for further information.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

For experienced staff used to working with Cable Location Equipment needing to pass a NRSAW Unit 001 course.

AIMS

To refresh delegates on the use of service locators, plans, drawings and identification of underground services and to assess their abilities against the standards of City and Guilds 6157 Unit 001.
